Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

  • Tracking details may take 1-2 business days to update in the system.

  • You can also track your order via the Order Tracking page in our website footer.

Delivery & Address Changes

  • Once shipped, delivery address changes are not possible.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, the carrier will return it to us.
