At Skihomes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at skihomes.ski@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Return Approval & Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  • The customer will bear the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share clear photos or a video of the unboxing as proof within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund without return charges.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or stained products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items on final sale or marked as non-returnable
